Return Policy
Defective/Damaged Merchandise You must call us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the box. Call one of our customer service representatives at 1-866-868-5829 and they will assist you. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all software, manuals, warranty cards and other accessories. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
Requests for the return of defective merchandise must be made no later than 60 days from the invoice date.
Merchandise returned as defective is subject to testing before credit will be issued.
Media Mega Mall will send a return label to the customer via U.S. Mail for the return of this merchandise.
If the merchandise is not defective per the manufacturer's specifications, a 20% restocking fee will apply and return freight charges will be deducted from the credit issued to the customer.
Customers returning defective merchandise with an authorized RMA number within 30 days of the invoice date are eligible to receive either:
1. A credit memo on their account to be used toward future purchases,
2. A refund on the credit card charged for the original order, or
3. A cash refund, if the original invoice is paid and the refund is requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
Customers returning defective merchandise with an authorized RMA number more than 30 days after the invoice date are only eligible to receive a credit on their account.
Non-defective Merchandise
Notification of shipping errors must be made no later than 10 days after the delivery date of the shipment.
Media Mega Mall will send a return label to the customer via U.S. Mail for returns resulting from an error made by Media Mega Mall.
Customers will be financially responsible for merchandise shipped to them in error if the merchandise is not returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
Requests for the return of other non-defective merchandise must be made no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
Customers returning other non-defective merchandise will be responsible for freight charges to return the product.
All returns for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers returning non-defective merchandise will only be eligible to receive a credit on their account to be used toward future purchases.
Return Procedures
Once an RMA number is issued, the customer must ship the product according to instructions provided by Media Mega Mall within 7 days.
The customer must provide a valid tracking number(s) for the return shipment to our Returns Department within three days of shipping back the merchandise.
Media Mega Mall will not be responsible for lost or damaged customer return shipments. The customer is responsible for insuring all return shipments and can file a claim with UPS if the return shipment is damaged.
Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Customer returns without a valid RMA number will be refused upon arrival.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all supplementary items, such as manuals, accessories, etc., or additional fees may apply.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
BEYOND 30 DAYS: When you purchase any product from us you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise.
Warranty

Each product has been specifically manufactured for use in the corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for 6 months dated from the date of purchase. These cartridges are manufactured or remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, in most cases in ISO 9000 or 9002 certified factories, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the OEM. Customers may return any product purchased from inkexpress.us for reason of dissatisfaction of its quality or performance. Please see the return policies for details.
Inkexpress.us also warrants that subject to the conditions stated below, and under normal use, these cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible machine. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing inkpal.com with satisfactory evidence that the machine's failure was due to a defect in the compatible or remanufactured cartridge, including a written statement from an authorized service company, stating the reason for failure. This statement must be on authorized company letterhead, and dated and signed by the company's field or service representative.
Inkexpress.us liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The tampering of any inkexpress.us cartridge by any person or persons, other than by an inkpal.com representative, voids all warranties and releases inkexpress.us from all liability.

These cartridges can be refurbished. It is basically a used and/or rebuilt cartridge.
What is the difference between Laser and Ink Jet Technology? For black business printing, laser is better. Period. In General, Ink Jet technology was designed for home use only. In our opinion, unless you need color printing, ink jet is a flawed technology that does not offer the reliability of even a basic business laser printers. Head cleaning, clogged cartridges, inconsistent image quality are all common problems with ink jet printers. The cost per page on ink jet printers is generally 10 to 50 times the cost of a laser printer.
What is the quality difference between OEM, Generic and Refurbished ink jet cartridges?
OEM quality is very good, but they are very expensive. If quality is the top priority, for example printing up photos for an external flier or scrapbook, we recommend using OEM products.
Generic Cartridge Quality generally very good. We carry high quality cartridges with a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If these are available (usually Epson, brother, and canon) we recommend these for all normal daily use.
