Return Policy

• Requests for the return of defective merchandise must be made no later than 60 days from the invoice date.
• Merchandise returned as defective is subject to testing before credit will be issued.
• Media Mega Mall will send a return label to the customer via U.S. Mail for the return of this merchandise.
• If the merchandise is not defective per the manufacturer's specifications, a 20% restocking fee will apply and return freight charges will be deducted from the credit issued to the customer.
• Customers returning defective merchandise with an authorized RMA number within 30 days of the invoice date are eligible to receive either:
  
  1. A credit memo on their account to be used toward future purchases,
  2. A refund on the credit card charged for the original order, or
  3. A cash refund, if the original invoice is paid and the refund is requested within 30 days of the invoice date.

• Customers returning defective merchandise with an authorized RMA number more than 30 days after the invoice date are only eligible to receive a credit on their account.

• Notification of shipping errors must be made no later than 10 days after the delivery date of the shipment.
• Media Mega Mall will send a return label to the customer via U.S. Mail for returns resulting from an error made by Media Mega Mall.
• Customers will be financially responsible for merchandise shipped to them in error if the merchandise is not returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Requests for the return of other non-defective merchandise must be made no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
• Customers returning other non-defective merchandise will be responsible for freight charges to return the product.
• All returns for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Customers returning non-defective merchandise will only be eligible to receive a credit on their account to be used toward future purchases.

• Once an RMA number is issued, the customer must ship the product according to instructions provided by Media Mega Mall within 7 days.
• The customer must provide a valid tracking number(s) for the return shipment to our Returns Department within three days of shipping back the merchandise.
• Media Mega Mall will not be responsible for lost or damaged customer return shipments. The customer is responsible for insuring all return shipments and can file a claim with UPS if the return shipment is damaged.
• Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Customer returns without a valid RMA number will be refused upon arrival.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all supplementary items, such as manuals, accessories, etc., or additional fees may apply.

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

BEYOND 30 DAYS: When you purchase any product from us you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise.

1. International orders cannot be processed, except for Canada.
There is a $12..50 (US) charge on shipments to Canada.

2. We deliver to APO, AP, FPO, or AE addresses.

3. Credit card orders are shipped the same day if your order is placed
before 9:00p.m EST. Orders placed after that time or on weekend /
holidays will ship the following business day.

4. Most orders will be shipped FedEx Ground.

5. Orders are shipped immediately and should arrive to you
within 2-6 business days from the order date.

Which type is better?
OEM and Compatible cartridge each have advantages and disadvantages. If we carry the compatible, you be sure that is of the highest quality. Some compatible toners have an unacceptable defective rate. We carry only the highest quality laser toners, both OEM and Compatible have a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. We have the lowest defective rates in the industry. Our cartridges are so good that if you ever get a defective cartridge, we will replace it with 2 replacements! (restrictions apply).

What is the difference between OEM, Generic, and refurbished?
OEM Products are made by the the Original Equipment Manufacturer. In other words, an HP brand toner is OEM for an HP printer, Epson Toner is OEM for epson printers. Generic Cartridges are brand new cartridges made by a company other than the OEM. Soometimes, because of patent laws, no company can make a cartridge except the OEM. These cartridges can be refurbished. It is basically a used and/or rebuilt cartridge.

What is the difference between Laser and Ink Jet Technology?
For black business printing, laser is better. Period. In General, Ink Jet technology was designed for home use only. In our opinion, unless you need color printing, ink jet is a flawed technology that does not offer the reliability of even a basic business laser printers. Head cleaning, clogged cartridges, inconsistent image quality are all common problems with ink jet printers. The cost per page on ink jet printers is generally 10 to 50 times the cost of a laser printer.

What is the quality difference between OEM, Generic and Refurbished ink jet cartridges?
OEM quality is very good, but they are very expensive. If quality is the top priority, for example printing up photos for an external flier or scrapbook, we recommend using OEM products.

Generic Cartridge Quality generally very good. We carry high quality cartridges with a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If these are available (usually Epson, brother, and canon) we recommend these for all normal daily use.

Refurbished cartridge quality varies greatly based on the remanufacturing process, and the life cycle of the product. The older the cartridge design, the better the refurbished cartridge. For example, HP has produced the #45 ink jet cartridge for years, this time allowed the remanufacturers time to perfect the process and put out a quality product. HP has been producing the #95 cartridge for only a year or two, and the reliability on the refurbished quality is only now approaching our high standards.
